Pecan Chocolate Chip Brownies

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup All- purpose flour
  • 1/8 Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans If you don't like nuts, add another 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Stick Butter 3Tablespoons


  1. In a bowl stir together all dry ingredients, flour, salt, cornstarch, and coco powder. In a separate bowl, mix together softened butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. As you mix the wet mixture gradually add the dry mixture until it all comes together.
  2. Chop your Pecans if not already chopped. Stir in Pecans and Chocolate Chips. Grease 8x8 pan ( or 13x9 if doubling recipe.) Place brownie mixture evenly in pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Check with toothpick until center of pan comes out clean.
